Join Marie for an hours transformational Breathwork.Absolutely no prior experience or knowledge is required. You will be shown everything you need to know in the session.Come and experience the Power of the Breath. Breathwork isn't new, and has been used by ancient civilisations for centuries. Using our breath in a conscious way can improve our health physically, mentally and emotionally.These sessions are aimed specifically to heal ourselves both emotionally and physically by working through and releasing trauma held in the body.Please bring:
-Some water
-Eye Mask (I have a stock of these if you don't have your own)
-Pillow and Blanket
