In this session, Hannah will guide you on a journey, using transformational breathwork, which may provide many benefits such as;

• Relaxation - feeling like you've had a really deep sleep
• Connecting to your subconcious
• Tapping into your own medicine cabinet & your innate body wisdom

What to expect

arrive, have tea, settle in

What to bring

As this session will be outdoors, we recommend bringing some extra layers in case is a bit chilly that morning. Jogging bottoms, hoody, comfy warm ish clothes, that type of thing.

Please also bring;

Water bottle, a notepad/ journal, warm socks, a yoga mat or mat for lying on, a blanket

About Hannah

Hannah is an initiative body worker, on the path of becoming a true healer, and her endevour is for all of her clients to be able to access and feel their own innate healing capacity within themselves

After expericing the deep healing benefits of this breathwork, she completeted her teacher training as a Holotropic breathwork facilitator 2024.

Hannah is currently studying an MSC in neuroscience and psychology at King’s College.

She is passionate about fusing ancient wisdom with modern science.
