A deeper journey through sound, voice and vibration

This is not a background relaxation session.
This is a guided inner journey.

In this two-hour immersive experience, I will take you through layers of sound designed to regulate the nervous system, clear emotional stagnation and reconnect you to your body.

You will be guided through:

• Channelled voice and intuitive vocal toning
• Grounding drumming
• Sound instruments
• Deep vibrational layering
• The addition of powerful Dragon Tubes for expanded resonance

The Dragon Tubes create a strong vibrational field — deep, grounding and expansive. This is for those who want to go further than a classic sound bath.

You will lie down, fully supported, while the sound works through you. There is nothing to do. Nothing to perform. Just receive.

Who This Is For

This session is for you if:

• You struggle to switch off and need support dropping deeper
• You feel emotionally or mentally heavy and want a reset
• You’re open to sound, energy and embodied practices
• You’re ready for something more immersive than a standard relaxation session
• You’re over 18

Who This Is Not For

This may not be suitable if:

• You are currently in acute mental health crisis, suffer with epilepsy or serious heart condition (pacemaker included)
• You are highly sensitive to loud or deep vibrational sounds
• You are in the first trimester of pregnancy
• You are looking for purely casual relaxation with no depth

Practical Information

• Starts at 7:00pm – please arrive 10 minutes early
• Held on the first floor (there is a set of stairs)
• Plenty of free parking available
• Bring a pillow, blanket and water bottle
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Over 18s only

Doors close promptly at 7:00pm to protect the space.
