Join Jo at Wild Indigo Sound Healing on Monday 2nd June 2025. Let this deeply relaxing soundscape help you find inner calm, escape and let go of all that you no longer need or benefits you.
The various vibrations and sounds can help trigger relaxation to help soothe, shift energy to help you transform and restore harmony. Improving overall wellbeing, you will feel rested, renewed and hopefully gain inner strength to self-heal. Ready to plant the seeds of change and possibility and to re-connect to nature as we approach warmer and longer days.
Relax ~ Release ~ Restore
Perfect for those new to Sound Healing as well as those Sound Bath enthusiasts.
A sound journey is 60-75 minutes of deep relaxation, lying down in Heart Rest Yoga Nidra, whilst bathing in the healing vibrations and frequencies of various sacred instruments. Such as Gongs, Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Frame Drum, Ocean Drum, Chimes and many more.
Allowing the sound to flow through you, taking you on a transformational journey of deep calm. A chance to feel rested, renewed and nurtured in order to find inner strength to self-heal and restore balance to the mind, body and soul.

7pm - 8.15pm Sacred Sound followed by 15 minutes for grounding, herbal tea and re-connecting before home.
Please arrive 10minutes before the event so we can start promptly and maintain a restful healing space for all.
You will need to bring extra blankets, a pillow/cushion, yoga bolster perhaps for under the knees. A bottle of water, and anything else to make you feel comfortable (hot water bottle/thick socks/more padding to lay on).
* Important Note ~ this event is not advisable for people who have the following contraindications: - Epilepsy (specifically sound induced)- Pregnant (particularly 1st trimester)- Suffer from severe mental health issues (e.g. psychosis)*

Please bring anything to make you more comfortable. Extra blankets, bottle of water, cushion, duvet, padding to lay on, warm and comfy clothes.
Lay down, close your eyes and just relax. Allow the different sounds from a range of beautiful instruments to take you on a calming and relaxing journey. All you need to do is lay back, and enjoy the magic of the sounds.
Padded Yoga Mat - Blanket - Eye Pillow - Herbal Tea - Grounding Snack - Safe and calming space will be held whilst I play multiple instruments including my voice to offer you various sounds, vibrations and frequencies to find inner peace and strength to self-heal
London Yard Studio is located in a pedestrianised area of Banbury in London Yard, just off Parsons Street (opposite Old Auctioneer). There are car parks at each end of Parsons Street, as well as behind the Old Auctioneer and in Bolton Road. The studio is a short walk from any of these car parks.
