Target audience – Managers, leaders and practitioners in early years settings working with children aged 0-5

Aim of this workshop: 
• Explore how to prepare children and their families for a successful transition. 
• Deliver a consistent inclusive approach to transitions in Birmingham 
• Explore strategies to improve transition communications between early years providers and professionals 
• Support partnerships with families to inform effective transitions
