Who is the Transitions Hub for?

Learners aged 16–25 from Sefton, Liverpool, Wirral, Halton, St Helens, and Knowsley who are working at Entry Level 2 and above and have an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan), helping them prepare for adulthood, further education, or employment.
