TRANSITIONS
Breath, Rhythm & the Space Between.
Transitions is an intimate evening of breathwork and embodied movement for those standing at a threshold — between seasons, identities, or chapters.
Transitions are the moments we often rush past.
Between effort and rest.
Between holding and release.
Between what has been and what is beginning to emerge.
This intimate workshop brings together nervous system–led breathwork meditation and intuitive, rhythm-based movement to support regulation, expression, and resilience in the body.
In this first edition, we explore the seasonal transition from winter to spring — from stillness to emergence, contraction to expansion, dark to light.
The evening begins with guided breathwork meditation to support regulation, safety, and presence. From this grounded state, movement is invited — slow, expressive, and non-choreographed. Drawing on Indian classical movement language, feeling and somatic principles, the body is guided to move in response to sensation, rhythm, and internal cues rather than instruction.
This is not a class to perform or perfect. There is nothing to memorise or get right.
Movement remains optional, personal, and self-led. Stillness is always welcome.
The session closes with restorative breathwork meditation to support integration and grounding, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to retain what has shifted.
You will leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more connected — supported to meet what comes next with greater ease and trust.
This workshop is for you if you:
- Feel busy, driven, or “always on”
- Are navigating transition, change, or intensity
- Want to reconnect with your body and breath without force or performance

What to expect
- Guided breathwork meditation
- Intuitive, somatic movement inspired by Indian classical dance
