This three-hour in-person workshop takes you through the core principles of trauma-informed manifestation: how your nervous system, past experiences, and learned survival strategies shape what you expect, choose, and call into your life. Instead of trying to “think positive,” we get honest about why you hit resistance, shut down, or sabotage the things you say you want.
You’ll learn:
- How the nervous system affects manifestation (and why you can’t “attract” while your body is in survival mode)
- Why old beliefs and patterns keep repeating — and how to interrupt them without force
- How trauma shapes self-worth, safety, decision-making, and the risks you allow yourself to take
- Somatic tools to regulate your system so your goals feel possible rather than overwhelming
- Expectation and predictive processing (why the brain recreates the familiar even when it’s not helpful)
- Manifestation methods that don't bypass reality — rooted in agency, clarity, and regulation
