T.R.E. stands for Tension Release Exercise and it's a simple yet effective and safe way of releasing any accumulated tension in the body.
We meet every Friday evening and practice tension release exercises followed by relaxation. We release tension through the natural tremor mechanism of the body and practice deep rest. It's a very nourishing experience and once you reconnect with your body you can safely do TRE at home by yourself. Some people choose to return to the class to enjoy the community experience.
