Tree Spirits Clay Workshop
Immerse yourself in nature and creativity in this Clay Workshop, designed for and by neurodivergent people.
We would like to welcome you to One For All Forest School, an inclusive and therapeutic forest school created by and for neurodivergent people.
Join us in WIthdean Park with our guest art teacher, Mhari Smith of Sketchup Brighton, for a low demand and energy Clay Spirits workshop. The focus will be on the process and learning clay techniques whilst connecting with each other and nature.
Who is this for…
This workshop provides a safe and trauma informed space for neurodivergent people which is a wide umbrella term. We also invite those who do not have or want a diagnosis, or they may be questioning. Neurodiversity is the concept that there is no right way for the human brain to function. This can be impacted by a range of different factors including prolonged stress and trauma. Our workshops are perfect for those who have experienced burn out or are looking for activities to regulate their nervous system.
Tickets…
Tickets are donation based, and all profits will go into resources for our allotment project (coming soon).
