Triathlon Ireland South Lake Summer Camp

Triathlon Ireland are delighted to bring their young people’s Summer Camp back to South Lake Leisure Centre. This year the camp will be in the week running up to the South Lake Junior Triathlon so it is ideal preparation for the event.

Activities will include running skills, bike drills, swimming, and a mini triathlon to finish the fun-filled 3 days. This camp is open to young people of all abilities.

Dates: 19th to 21st August 2024

Times: 10am to 1pm

Ages: 7 to 10 year olds and 11 to 14 year olds

Cost: £15 for Triathlon Ireland members (£30 for non- TI members)

Location: South Lake Leisure Centre, Craigavon

Equipment Needed: Bike, Helmet, Running Attire, Swimming Togs, Goggles, Swim Hat, Wetsuit (can be provided), Tow Float (can be provided), Suncream, Rain Coat, Small Snack, Water.

**Please note that participants must be able to swim a minimum of 50m to participate***
