TRIBE don't like pretence and we're not aiming for perfect.
We want to be fearless, to empower everyone to test their limits. 
That's why in 2018 we are launching the TRIBE 10% Project. 
We believe that small changes in nutrition, lifestyle and training can help us perform at least 10% better. 
The 10% project is a challenge to each other - the TRIBE community - to improve and push our boundaries.
You against you.
With the TRIBE community alongside you. Pushing you to go harder and further and faster. 
To be the best version of yourself.

<H2>TRIBE 10% Project: Hackney Half Marathon </H2>

Our sights are set on the Hackney Half Marathon in May. We will bring together 100 runners of all levels across the country with the mission to smash our PBs and see how close we can get to shaving 10% off. 
With the right training and support, our potential is infinite.

The Team TRIBE Training plan will include:

Training Plan: TRIBE, with training partner Full Potential, to prepare the perfect 4-month training plan.
</LI>
<LI>
Nutrition: Team TRIBE to get our (natural!) nutrition spot on. Two free TRIBE Packs per runner to set you off. 
</LI>
<LI>
Training Sessions: Full Potential to organise free fortnightly Saturday team speed training sessions for runners. 
</LI>
<LI>
Training Tips & Support: Live Q&A sessions and monthly training support emails with tips, nutritional advice and more.  
</LI>
</UL>

Every step of the way the TRIBE community is alongside you. To push you to go further and harder.

<H2>How to get involved</H2>
There are two race options:

<LI>
Team TRIBE (£25): Race entry (worth £45) + 2 free TRIBE Packs (worth £17) + training support (priceless!).
</LI>
<LI>
Team TRIBE + Bespoke Plan (£45): As above + a 100% bespoke training plan from training partner, Full Potential (worth £20).
</LI>
</UL>
In true TRIBE style, there will be an after-party for the whole team to celebrate! 
We ask that everybody commits to try and raise at least £100 for the TRIBE Freedom Foundation to fight human trafficking.
