Tribe Porty is a community coworking and create events place. We have a community of freelancers, SMEs, charities and social enterprises with a variety of spaces to work and participate from. Tribe is also the home to The Edinburgh Tool Library, Velow Bikeworks, Portobello Natural Health, Sodak Ltd and The Pilates Studio Edinburgh. The talk will explore the power of happiness and how it can benefit your life.<a href="https://www.riseofhappiness.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rise of Happiness</a> co-founders, Rob and Kaigan will share their personal experiences with mental health and wellbeing, as well as practical tips on cultivating happiness. Rob and Kaigan will delve into research on happiness, exploring the habits of highly successful and happy people, as well as the happiness levels of different countries and what we can learn from them. Co-founders Rob and Kaigan deliver wellbeing talks about their own mental health and wellbeing journeys speaking about the importance of choosing happiness in our lives. Rise of Happiness also publishes a free wellbeing magazine which includes inspirational stories from people on their own journeys (written by them themselves), expert tips and research on creating a happier life and healthy vegetarian recipes. Everything in our magazine promotes a happier and healthier life. The magazine is free because we feel everybody should have access to quality health and wellbeing resources. We wanted to create a magazine that brought together everyone in society. For this reason, our contributors include people in the public eye and every day people to show that, at the core, we’re all the same. We all have mental health and we all want to live happy, healthy lives.
