Trinity's Big Sleep Out 2026
Join us on Friday 19 June for Trinity’s Big Sleep Out, an eye-opening night raising vital funds and awareness of homelessness in Winchester
Join us on Friday 19th June 2026 from 6pm for Trinity’s Big Sleep Out — an eye-opening night spent sleeping in cardboard shelters to raise vital funds and awareness for Trinity’s work.
The evening begins with local music and entertainment, delicious food, and creative activities, before taking on the challenge of sleeping out. From 10pm, we’ll bed down for the night in our homemade cardboard shelters in support of Trinity's work with homelessness and domestic abuse in Winchester.
Now in it's 13th year, events like the Big Sleep Out play a crucial role in supporting Trinity’s services. Every penny raised goes directly towards providing long-term, positive change for people in our community.
We ask participants to raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship (£50 for under-18s). Anyone raising £150 or more will receive a free Big Sleep Out t-shirt, and all participants will receive a Big Sleep Out goodie bag.
As Trinity celebrates 40 years of supporting our community, this Big Sleep Out promises to be our most meaningful yet.

Non-sleepers are encouraged to join in the fun - no ticket required!
Children are welcome, recommended age 7+. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
This event is not an experience of being homeless. We cannot imagine the realities of sleeping rough every night. We will return to the comfort of our homes the following morning, which is not an option for thousands of people. This event is an interesting way to raise vital funds, whilst having a challenging night.
