Trust Strategy -  invitation to all staff to join these virtual events and help develop our Trust's Five Year Strategy

We are developing our Trust 5 Year Strategy - and we can’t do it without you. Wherever you work, whatever your role, we want to hear your views.We are holding a series of virtual listening events to understand what matters to you, share our planned direction of travel and gather your feedback about what works, what’s missing and what could be better. These short 1.5 hour sessions will outline our strategic aims and seek your input on how we can meet the objectives we’ve set. All contributions will be anonymised, collated and used to improve our draft plans.Please register and choose a date and when prompted add the invite to your calendar. You will receive a MS Teams link at least 24 hours before the event.Please be mindful that registration will close 2 days before the event starts.
