Trustee Roles & Responsibilities Webinar(s)

Are you a new charity trustee or committee member?

As a trustee or committee member, you’re in charge of your not-for-private-profit group, and you should be up-to-date with the latest guidelines for running it. 

This training aims to help you be a great trustee, and help your organisation to build and maintain an excellent, diverse and skilled Board. 

This two-evening online course, run by our experienced Trustee Recruitment & Governance expert, will answer your questions and give you opportunity to ask many more. This workshop aims to provide practical tips on how to be a trustee, how your Board works (or should work), as well as a backgrounds about charities, legal structures, finances, responsibilities, the strategic side of managing a charity, and where to go for specialised and detailed advice, if and when you need it. 

These two 2hr sessions include quizzes and discussions, as well as many resources to take away, with the ability to pose more questions and get trustee support long after it finishes. 

This is a two-part session, so by booking on to this course, you must also attend the second half at the same time on the following week, each two hours in duration, run using Microsoft Teams.  Please be in attendance by 17:50 for a prompt 18:00 start on each date, for a 20:00 finish on both days.
