Let’s talk…..board diversity.You’ve probably heard talk of the importance of board diversity and how it is essential to good governance? Perhaps you are not sure exactly what this means, why it&#x27;s important or where to start?This session is the starting point in your journey to diversifying your board and making sure you are striving for equality. It will look at what ‘board diversity’ means, why it is essential to good governance, and the planning process before you recruit. We will also be delivering a session on how to recruit young trustees/volunteers on Thursday morning which is open to all but with limited spaces so get in quick!
