1. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for example:
Arrival after the time specified on your ticket.
Being refused entry due to lack of ID, dress code, or intoxication.
2. ENTRY CUT-OFF Early Arrival tickets are valid for entry before 23:00. If you arrive after this time, your ticket may be voided.
3. RIGHT OF REFUSAL Entry is subject to security's discretion. All guests must provide valid physical Photo ID (18+). No ID = No Entry. No Refund.
4. QUEUE MANAGEMENT Staff are there to ensure safety. Abuse toward door staff regarding queue times or capacity limits will result in immediate ticket cancellation without a refund.
