What do I need to bring?

For your comfort please bring an exercise mat or something soft to lie on, a pillow and a blanket.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the venue is totally accessible and wheelchair friendly. You can enjoy the sounds from a chair if you are unable to lie down.

The sound bath will be 7.30 to 8.30pm then complimentary refreshments are served to give you a chance to connect with everyone if you wish. Please advise me of any allergies by email a few days before the event.(fi@theretreatcublington.co.uk).
