Tuning the body instrument - Movement and Breath
Do you know the feeling when you are out of tune or not comfortable in your own skin? Would you like to experience harmony and alignment between your body, mind and your heart?
Sacred embodiment, refining our observation capacity and listening, engaging in centering tools and coordination help us to be “at home”, content in our own body, rewire and rebalance the right and the left brain and tune our entire being into flow of each present moment.
A breath session will complete the journey of healing, transformation and expansion.
Sati Katerina is experienced group leader, and in this safe platform she will share various tools, movements, awareness and breath exercises for harmonizing and tuning ourselves like an instrument.
In a playful yet meditative space you will get in touch with your authenticity, discover more about how you function and experience that moment of being in a flow, when the dancer becomes the dance and we allow ourselves to simply BE.
