What should I wear to Twerk?

Twerking - Shorts or thin leggings to give your booty space to jiggle!

What should I wear for Floor-work?

Floor-work - Cover those legs! Either fishnets, or leggings. Bring knee-pads for extra comfort. Best to wear something on top that allows you to breath and sweat it out. Bodysuits, vest tops or crop tops work best.

I'm a complete beginner, will I keep up?

Yes! We will break it down nice and slow if you are finding it difficult. We cater for beginners and intermediate, no women left behind!
