Can children take part?

Yes they can! All under 16's must be accompanied by an adult but we welcome everyone to join us and raise sponsorship.

How much money should I try to raise?

As much as you can. Whether you manage to get sponsored £20 or £200 every £1 you raise counts. Do your best to ask people to sponsor you. Your participant pack will have information on how best to do this.
