Join us for a little end-of-summer party at Oval Space where we'll be sharing two cracking pieces - Beethoven's 4th Symphony and 20th century Russian composer Shostakovich’s 2nd Piano Concerto….

Enter the magical world of Twilight Transitions in a transformed Oval Space, where you’ll greeted by our friendly team. Unwind from the stresses of your week, catch the last rays of summer on the terrace with a cool drink and a tasty bite to eat before getting comfortable for the concert with drink in hand.

8:30pm - The Concert
We are delighted to share two pieces that are full of light and shade, drama and beauty: Beethoven’s 4th Symphony and Shostakovich’s 2nd Piano Concerto. Nicholas, the conductor, will set the scene with his friendly introductions, sharing some of the stories and ideas behind the music. Our soloist for the concerto is the wonderful <A HREF="https://www.christinamcmaster.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Christina McMaster</A>, described by International Piano Magazine as 'one to watch'...
In an intimate and beautiful setting - on a comfy sofa if you feel like treating yourself and a friend - this is a wonderful opportunity to get close to the full sound of an orchestra.
 
9:45pm - Mix &amp; Mingle
The party continues... The bar reopens so grab yourself a fresh drink, meet the young and talented players as well as Nicholas and the team, and soak up the live jazz until midnight.
 
 
Admission Policy
DOORS OPEN, BAR &amp; FOOD AVAILABLE - 7PM
LAST ADMISSION TO OVAL SPACE - 8PM
LAST BAR ORDERS PRE-CONCERT - 8:15PM
We want to create a beautiful, intimate atmosphere for the concert and in order to ensure a good experience for everyone we will be closing the doors to the venue at 8pm. The doors will reopen at 10pm. Please make sure you allow plenty of time to arrive.

Standard Tickets (with a chair for the main concert):
     Early Bird: £15 - SOLD OUT
     Bird: £20 - SOLD OUT
     Night Owl: £25 - SOLD OUT
Sofa Tickets (with a comfy sofa for the main concert): £35 (available in pairs only) - SOLD OUT
 
Ticket price includes entry for the whole evening. All seating for the concert is unallocated.
