Is the venue accessible?

The building offers level access throughout, including from the car park to all public areas. The first floor is accessible via a lift.

Is there parking available?

There is only a limited amount of Disabled parking at the History Store. However, there is a public pay and display car park at Hereford Military Club on Friars Street. It is a 1 minute walk from the History Store.

Is the History Store accessible by public transport?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Centre is accessible by bus numbers 71, 71B, 466, 461, 462, B, D, E and X15. The closest bus stop is Victoria Court on Egin Street.  Bus times are available at https://www.traveline.info. You can also use the free Hereford Zipper - there is a stop on Friar Street, 1 minute walk away.

What if I have to cancel?

For paid events, refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. If you can’t attend, let us know—we’ll do our best to fill your spot.

Is there a quiet space available?

Yes, we will be making an area near the event available as a quiet space for  those who are feeling overwhelmed.
