This workshop explores 2 well-being tools &amp; deep diaphragm breathing.
It is scientifically proven that laughter has many benefits including relieving stress &amp; anxiety, lowering blood pressure, keeping our heart healthy, boosting the immune system &amp; toning abs!!! 
The best part of this is your body can’t tell the difference between real and fake laughter so you can trick your body &amp; brain to feel amazing through fun &amp; wonderful ways of laughing.
Breathing through the diaphragm calms the body and the brain by targeting the nervous system. There are many different ways to breath but once the deep belly breathing occurs, there are countless benefits of which we will explore in the workshop
Free to all UAL students .Please note if you are not a UAL Student you will not be able to attend this workshop. You will need to bring your student ID to the event.When? Friday 6 March 2020, 2.30pm - 3.30pmWhere? Room T803, London College of Communication, Elephant &amp; Castle, London SE1 6SB
