<H2>About the Tier 4 Visa Application Check and Send Service</H2>
Please arrive on time for your appointment and bring photocopies of your documents.
Check &amp; Send is a service offered by UCL to help students apply in the UK for their Tier 4 visa. At your appointment we will check that your application has been completed correctly and that you have the correct documents for submission. We also send your application for you and correspond with the Home Office. We provide you with a registration form that you need to use at UCL enrolment to evidence that you have made a visa application.
The Check &amp; Send Service runs on weekdays from 5th September until the 12th October.  
In order to use the service you must make an appointment. Please do not book more than one appointment at a time. Please read the information below carefully, as you will need to agree to the terms of using the service, and ensure that you have the correct documents. If you don’t bring the documents to your appointment we will not be able to process your application.Pls do not pay or submit your UKVI application before you attend your appointment with us. If you have dependents and want to make dependents applications please do not book an appointment using this webpage. We cannot advise on dependent applications through the Check &amp; Send Service. Instead, please contact us directly so that we can book you an appointment with an Advice Caseworker. If your visa expires before the date when a Check &amp; Send appointment is available please contact us on <A HREF="mailto:visaadvice@ucl.ac.uk" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">visaadvice@ucl.ac.uk</A> and we will arrange a suitable appointment date for you. <H2>Terms and Conditions</H2>
Please note that Check and Send is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before registering for your appointment. 
The Check and Send Service is a method of submitting a Tier 4 General application to the Visa and Immigration Service at the Home Office. It does not guarantee that your application will be dealt with more quickly than submitting the application yourself. If you use the Check and Send Service, the Visa and Immigration Service may contact UCL Student and Registry Services for clarification on the application.
Our advisers will check that your online Tier 4 application form is correctly completed and that the correct supporting documents are supplied.The application is sent to the Visa and Immigration Service by UCL Student Registry Services.
Checking Service You may also wish to only use the Checking Service, and make your application through an in-person (Premium) appointment at the Premium Service Centre. Please inform your adviser of this at your appointment.
By using the Visa Checking Service you agree to: • Complete the Tier 4 online application form, including the PBS Dependant sections for each dependant if applicable
• Supply two recent passport sized photographs
• Supply all the required documents
• Obtain any additional documents required by the Adviser
• Give the Adviser a printout of the CAS number and statement email
• Make the payment online for the correct fee, to the Home Office, at the appointment with the Adviser.
• Check your emails every 3 days and respond promptly to any email from UCL or the Visa team
Once payment for the application is made you must: • Allow Student Registry Services to save the final version of the checked application form and application cover sheet • Provide all the original supporting documents • Provide a photocopy of the application cover sheet, form and all the supporting documents, and • Allow Student Registry Services to make a scan of all supporting documents.
Please allow at least 7 working days before the expiry date of your current visa for applications to be submitted through the Check and Send Service.
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you are agreeing that you have read and understood what is written here.
Biometrics The student, and dependant where applicable, will arrange to supply their biometric details as required by the Home Office. Before collecting your Biometric Residence Permit card, passport and personal documents you will check that the details on the card are correct, and that all your personal documents have been returned. You will be asked to sign upon receipt of your documents.
If any details on the Biometric Residence Permit are incorrect, Student and Registry staff will contact the Visa and Immigration Service at the Home Office and return the card to the Home Office. Once the student has been issued with the correct Biometric Residence Permit, and the documents have been returned, Student Registry Services will close your case and the photocopied documents will be destroyed.
You agree not to book any flight or trip outside of the UK before you receive your Biometric Residence Permit, with the new visa. If a flight home is booked and the new visa does not arrive in time you will not be able to travel.
I understand that a Tier 4 visa application can take up to six months for the Home Office to process.
