About this event
We are pleased to invite you to our online workshop on carbon reduction management for sustainable infrastructure (CRM4SI) hosted by the Infrastructure System Institute (ISI), UCL. This interactive workshop is part of ongoing doctoral research to develop a carbon reduction management framework for sustainable infrastructure. It aims to foster collaboration and accelerate the implementation of CRM4SI. Building on insights from our first round of interviews and analysis, we will focus on reviewing the factors that have emerged, deciding on a useful grouping of the factors, and exploring implementation options and overcoming any barriers to adoption.
We need your expert input on which factors are significant, which are the most effective ways to categorise the factors, and how to overcome barriers to adoption of these factors for carbon measurement and reporting and progress toward sustainable infrastructure.
Frequently asked questions
Online workshop with breakout room discussions (Zoom).
Infrastructure professionals and academic researchers, sustainability experts, policymakers, investors and stakeholders involved in carbon reduction management, carbon reporting, ESG, and sustainable infrastructure investment.
Contribute expert insight to shape a cross-sector framework that accelerates carbon reduction in infrastructure systems. Network with academics, policymakers and industry leaders through facilitated breakout rooms. Shape the implementation of CRM4SI.
• Collaborate in facilitated breakout discussions and activities focused on prioritising factors, identifying useful groupings, selecting frameworks for implementation and overcoming barriers to adoption of CRM4SI. • Pre-workshop exercise (10-20 minutes – details provided after registration).
