<H3>Coaching Network: Mental Health & Social Media </H3>
In these informal sessions we lead a seminar on a crucial area of coaching, followed by a chance to mix with like-minded professional coaches and share your learning. 
 
Part 1: State of Mind 
This will be a very practical and interactive session on understanding mental health and recognising behaviours brought on by mental health issues- essential for all individuals including coaches working with their clients. The guest speaker for this seminar is Dr Phil Cooper. 
Dr Phil Cooper is a co-Founder of State of Mind and is an award winning and widely published mental health nurse. State of Mind is a charity that aims to raise awareness of the issues surrounding mental health and well being and deliver education on the subject to all levels of sport, business, education and community groups. 
 
Part 2: GET SOCIAL Introducing social media for Coaches and building a digital social network; from marketing, to sharing information, to storytelling that can help build a digital social network.

10am - Guest Speaker: Dr Phil Cooper, State of Mind 
10.30am - Networking & break
11am - Continuation of Mental Health Seminar with Dr Phil Cooper 
12pm - GET SOCIAL: Social Media for Coaches with Media Consultant Carmella Hunt 
1pm - Close of session, light lunch and networking
