Bryony is a qualified Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Chair Yoga teacher and has a particular interest in yoga for mental health.Her classes are suitable for all levels and aim to be accessible for every body.

Let go of your week with this Ultimate Weekend Wind Down. Join us for gentle Yoga, restorative yoga, a soundbath and optional reiki healing.

Wednesbury Library

This extended candlelit session will help you transition from weekday to weekend.Starting with gentle movement to release tension, we will slowly move towards a restorative practice. Props will support our bodies in longer held postures, and we&#x27;ll use the breath to invite in softness, preparing bodies and minds for the weekend.This will be followed by a relaxing sound bath and meditation with an option to receive a short reiki treatment.This session is beginner friendly and suitable for all abilities, based in an accessible venue.
