Overview

Join Bristol Parent Carers and Jacob Kelly for this informal session

Welcome to ADHD with Jacob Kelly

Join us for an inspiring and informative session with Jacob Kelly, ADHD Ambassador and passionate advocate for positive ADHD representation.

Jacob is dedicated to breaking down the stigma and shame often experienced by children and young people with ADHD, especially while navigating school, friendships, and growing up.

This session will not be recorded.

In the first half of the session, Jacob will:

  • Offer a clear and relatable introduction to ADHD
  • Share his personal story, the challenges he faced growing up, and how he has learned to embrace his ADHD as a strength
  • Talk through ideas for supporting children and young people while waiting for a diagnosis

The second half will be a Q&A giving you the chance to ask questions.

Places are free, but if you're able to make a small donation to help us continue offering free sessions to as many families as possible, we’d be incredibly grateful.

*Please note, to attend this session for free, you must live in Bristol (your bin will be collected by Bristol City Council), or your child must attend a school in the Bristol city area. You must also have a child with Special Educational Needs, but they do not need to have a diagnosis.
