Understanding ADHD With EEES

Understanding ADHD With EEES

Kington GrangeClaverdon, England
Monday, May 18  •  7 PM - 9 PM
Overview

A 2 hour introduction to understanding ADHD using the EEES Framework developed by Matt Gupwell ADHD mentor and educator

ADHD in adults - what does it mean to you?

Monday 18 May 2026 19:00 21:00

You've read the lists. You know the symptoms. But knowing what ADHD is and understanding what it means to you are two very different things.

In this talk, internationally sought-after ADHD mentor and keynote speaker Matt Gupwell shifts the conversation. Using his own EEES and Which Means What frameworks, Matt helps you move from seeing yourself as a list of symptoms or traits towards something more useful: genuine self-understanding.

This isn't a talk about labels. It's a talk about you. How ADHD shows up in your life, your relationships, your work, and your sense of who you are.

You'll leave with practical language and tools to explain your own experience clearly to yourself and to the people around you in a way that finally makes sense.

Matt Gupwell is an ADHD mentor, keynote speaker, and neurodiversity consultant who has been personally invested in and learning about ADHD and autism since 2010. He specialises in supporting very late diagnosed adults using practical, evidence-based support for individuals and organisations.
