This workshops explores the worries and stress that young people experience, and how it can develop into anxiety. This workshop includes coping strategies, breathing and grounding activities that you can share with your child.

This is an interactive session and works best when those coming along are able to participate, therefore we ask that wherever possible you have your camera on. Don't worry, you would never be put on the spot or singled out to answer a question. We aim for all our sessions to be enjoyable, engaging and useful.

Please note: This workshop is available free of charge as part of the Time for Me project run by the Scottish Action for Mental Health and Aberdeenshire Council.
