Understanding Autism

Today, we employ over 400 people across the South of England, and our future plans include a programme of engagement with organisations to share the benefits of employing autistic people as well as expansion of our autism and SEN college, Futures Unlimited.We want to show to the outside world that we are accessible and relevant to the autistic community, particularly those audiences or organisations which we may not have reached until now.

We deliver enlightening and impactful training within a supportive environment. Our training is unique due to the involvement of our autistic community. Listening and learning to how their experiences have shaped and changed their lives strongly influences our sessions. We will share lived experiences to develop an appreciation and insight into how autistic people see the world.
