In this 2.5-hour workshop, we’ll explore what stress actually does to our bodies and minds — and why it’s not just “in your head.”
Ever feel like stress is running the show — but you're not quite sure why?
You’ll not only learn what’s happening physiologically when you feel overwhelmed — you’ll also get the chance to slow down, connect with yourself and others, and reflect on your own experience in a safe, supportive space.
Through guided exercises, honest conversations, and hands-on tools, we’ll explore what helps when stress builds up — and how to move from reactive mode into more conscious coping.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding your system, feeling less alone, and taking away a few kind and practical strategies to support yourself — even when life feels like a lot.
The session is guided by Klara Strecker, a licensed coach and counsellor. With a combination of humour and vulnerability, she supports young professionals through life’s messier transitions — helping them reconnect to themselves and navigate change with more clarity and care.
Her passion is to create spaces where people can connect more deeply — with themselves and with each other.
