This session is for those who have experienced a bereavement and would like to understand more about the grieving process and how best to look after yourself during this time. This session is suitable for those in early stages of grief. No prior connection to Arthur Rank Hospice Charity is needed.
This is a relaxed, informal session, that includes a presentation and the opportunity to connect with others who may be going through a similar experience.
The session is facilitated by the Patient and Family support team at Arthur Rank Hospice.
The session is aimed at adults. But, there will be some information on how to support children and young people who are grieving.
Booking essential, spaces are limited.
