Join us at QPR Academy FC, in partnership with TSG Elite Training & Performance Centre on Thursday 21st May at 5:30 PM or Saturday 30th May at 9:30 AM for an FA approved CPD event designed to help coaches build a coaching methodology.

Led by Joe Morrissey, QPR Coach Developer and VIA Academy Innovation lead and Temisan Williams, Founder of Coach Accelerator.

You'll explore how a clear coaching methodology connects your philosophy to your tactics, your training sessions, and your season plan, so that every decision you make on and off the pitch is deliberate and consistent.

What to expect:

1. How to define your tactical principles and translate them into a game model

2. How to structure your coaching week and periodise your approach across a season

3. How to design practices that are a direct reflection of what you want to produce in matches

An introduction to the VIA Academy platform as a practical planning tool you can use immediately

This is a hands-on, interactive session and you'll leave with clarity on your own methodology and a framework you can apply in your environment straight away.

And the learning doesn't stop there. Every attendee receives six months of continued mentorship to support the real-world implementation of what you develop on the night.
