CY event with sponsor Q5: Understanding Multigenerational Workforces: From Tension to High Performance
Date: Tuesday 14th July
Time: 09:00 for 09:30 till 11:00
Venue: Bowcliffe Hall, Bramham, Wetherby, LS23 6LP
Panel: Connect Yorkshire sponsor Annabel Tonge of Q5 will chair a panel with: Victoria Tomlinson - CEO of Next Up and Helen Kewell - performance expert at Q5
For our July event, we have teamed up with our sponsors Q5 Partners, to explore one of the defining workplace opportunities of our time: how to build inclusive, high-performing organisations in the most age-diverse workforce in history.
Drawing on cross-sector research spanning Financial Services, Public Sector, Infrastructure, Retail and Media, the session combines practical insight with actionable ideas to improve collaboration, leadership, flexibility, wellbeing, and knowledge transfer across generations.
Alongside the presentation, a panel discussion and Q&A chaired by Q5’s Leeds based Partner Annabel Tonge featuring CEO of Next Up Victoria Tomlinson FRSA and Q5’s Partner and organisational performance expert Helen Kewell will explore how organisations can move beyond generational stereotypes to build more resilient, innovative and inclusive workplaces.
As part of our business model, we have partners from the professional service sector (lawyers, accountants, recruiters, insurance, wealth management), who pay to have exclusivity in our group.
So unfortunately, as we already have partners in these sectors, if you are in the professional service sector, you will not be able to attend our events going forward.
