Wirral Mind is a  local, independent mental health charity providing services to adults in our community with mental health problems and/or learning disabilities.We aim  to normalise the conversation around mental health, tackle stigma and discrimination, promote understanding and support our community to live mentally healthier lives.

Acting Out delivers a performance based workshop, bringing to life a person’s struggle with his Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
