Our next practice sharing session takes place online on 3rd November. The theme is system capacity, something of growing interest to membership organisations, sector intermediaries, our recent research respondents, and anyone interested in sustaining nonprofit organisations and their impact.

We’ve worked with lots of sector intermediaries and membership organisations using a range of capacity-building approaches in different parts of the sector, so this is a special opportunity to share learning and practice.

As usual, we’ll have good provocations if not all answers (yet)! However, the Lasting Difference Guides to Managing Capacity and Sustainable Impact are a good start. We'll also be sharing learning from our work on building sector capacity with CVSs, membership organisations and others from around the UK.
