This Remember A Charity webinar is designed to help professional advisers build a clearer understanding of the different types of charitable legacy gifts and structures. The session will explore common forms of gifts in Wills, including lump sum (pecuniary) gifts, percentage or residuary gifts, index-linked gifts and gifts of assets or specific items. It will also cover more complex legacy structures such as Will Trusts and Donor Advised Funds, as well as Sharia-compliant Wills, helping advisers build confidence in discussing these options with clients.
