Hosted by <a href="https://creatept.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Create PT</a> Director Josh Thursby and nutritionist Faizana Karim, this talk is designed for women experiencing all stages of the menopause.With in-depth discussion on diet, lifestyle and exercise, and all attendees are given on-going support, this talk is perfect for women who are:•	In their mid 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and beyond•	 Experiencing irregular or completely absent menstrual cycles•	Not sure if they are peri-menopausal or menopausal•	Struggling to lose weight despite exercising and calorie restriction•	Fed up with the constant rollercoaster of low moods and fatigue•	Unsure what to eat and how to exercise for your hormonal phase•	Seeking expert advice on nutrition and exercise Together in this session we'll discover how to live well during all phases of the menopause and learn practical ways to help manage the symptoms. T﻿ickets cost £10 per person for the two hour session. Refreshments will be available.
