Understanding the Victim Journey

This is a follow on training session for those that already have a basic understanding about loan sharks. Along with looking at one victim's journey in more detail you will also learn about the implications and facts around reporting or not reporting for your business and staff. The session will also cover victim safety, Data Protection issues and how to help victims open up about their situation.
