Come unfurl with sound for deep rest and relaxation for your nervous system, your spirit, mind, body and heart. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations, designed to help you unwind, open and release. Let Helen's harmonious sounds and her voice guide you towards a state of inner stillness, rest and balance.

Her sessions come from a heart centred, intuitive & gentle place, with Helen creating a beautiful & nurturing safe space. Her invitation is warmly open to anyone and everyone seeking time out to just breathe, relax, and help soften the edges of their lives as they gently unfurl.

These events are done lying down on the floor, starting with some gentle movement, guided meditation and a sound healing session. There will be chairs available for anyone that would prefer a seated experience.

Sound Healing sessions are generally not advised for people in their 1st trimester of pregnancy, for people with heart conditions, and those with epilepsy.

Come along in warm, comfy clothes, and bring a mat (camping mat/ yoga mat). Please also take a pillow and blanket for maximum unfurling potential!
