About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

The #ChiTRG Teachers' Reading Group is facilitated by the University of Chichester Library Service and the Primary Education team and supported by the OU and the UKLA.

During this fourth session we will be exploring Reading Teachers: teachers who read and readers who teach.

The University of Chichester OU/UKLA Teachers’ Reading Group is part of a national network of groups and is based on OU/UKLA research. It provides free CPD to enable staff in schools to share good practice and enrich their understanding of reading for pleasure.

This group is for anyone working in schools with an interest in reading for pleasure. Schools can send more than one representative.

If you can, please bring a children's book that you have enjoyed recently to share with others.

Promotional photos may be taken. Please let organisers know if you do not wish your photo to be taken.

    Organized by

Managed by Rebecca Webb ( senior lecturer in primary education) and Ruth Clark (r.clark@chi.ac.uk, subject librarian for education).  Supported by OU/UKLA Teachers' Reading Groups and University of Chichester Institute of Education.
