Carla Maroussas has over 25 years of experience in senior management roles within the music, TV, and film industries, where she utilised her natural leadership abilities and extensive knowledge of sales.
However, despite her career success, Carla began to feel a sense of dissatisfaction and misalignment with their values and beliefs. The constant hustle and high workload led to feelings of being overwhelmed and unfulfilled. Carla realised she needed a change, but was unsure of what direction to take.

This led her to make the courageous decision to resign from their position as Managing Director, prioritising self-care and a value-driven life over fear and financial security.
