From vaccines to masks, from social distance to hugs, the piece both explores and reminds us of the strange times we lived through, and captures it as a moment in history. A live documentation of events which will go down in history.During the first stages of the Covid-19 pandemic and our first experiences of life in lockdown, professional dancers of Nova Grace Productions collaborated with choreographer Karen Hill, to push the spatial limits of the home environment and explore life in lockdown through dance. We were apart but yet together. Working on Zoom to rehearse and produce four 15-minute sections representing the various stages of lockdown life, presenting this to a virtual audience in Dec 2020.Moving on through the past 2 years, we can now look back and reflect on the legacy that the pandemic has left behind. As society now lives freely out of lockdown, NGP presents this in-person reflection and celebration of artistic work that has also emerged out of lockdown.There will be a 30-minute Q&amp;A with the dancers after the show to continue the conversation.
