Upper Back Strength & Support Class

Upper Back Strength & Support Class

OMUKLondon, England
Multiple dates
Overview

2-hour upper back strength class to improve posture and reduce neck & shoulder tension. King’s Cross, London. 1st session free for newcomers

Upper back strength & support

  • If your shoulders round, your neck tightens, or posture collapses under effort, forcing it rarely works.
  • Upper body tension often reflects missing structural support.
  • This class develops reflexive support through the thoracic spine — improving posture without strain.

When upper support improves:

  • Posture self-organises
  • Shoulders feel lighter
  • Breathing becomes easier
  • Strength feels responsive rather than rigid
  • Movement flows more cleanly

Clear repeatable shifts

  • It’s common to experience a noticeable reduction in upper back, neck or shoulder tension during the session — often between one-third and two-thirds in the area we work on. And this reduction builds, class after class.
  • Not everyone responds immediately.
  • But when deeper support through the thoracic spine switches on, change can be surprisingly clear.
  • We build support first.
  • Posture follows.

  • Shoulder or neck tension
  • Desk-based workers
