i'm launching quiet strength* training this week. so this ground-breaking upper back workshop is free (£0).

come and learn how to restore and enhance strength 🟢 without strain 🔴 — so your body feels more at ease ✅.

🟢 ↑ posture + ease

🔴 ↓ tension + pain

*what quiet strength means and what it unlocks in your body will be explored in the workshop.

process

you’ll be guided step by step through a simple, structured process that helps your body:

→ release tension

→ reorganise your upper back and shoulders

→ stabilise with less effort

traffic light system

you’ll learn a traffic light system 🟢 🟡 🔴 to:

→ reduce strain ❌

→ build capacity ✅

→ move with more ease ✅

what you'll experience

  • simple exercises
  • precisely sequenced
  • clear before / after shifts
  • repeatable results
  • work within your body limits

what you’ll leave with

  • the aim of the workshop is simple:
  • to give you clear evidence of a real shift in your body, within a single session.
  • once you feel that shift, what to do next becomes much clearer.

next steps

  • two clear next steps will be offered at the end of the workshop, if you’d like to continue — one smaller, one larger — with no pressure to choose either.
  • depth is a choice.

what to bring

  • please bring 2 generously sized bath towels — these are needed for the session, as we’ll use them to create fine-tuned, adjustable support for your upper back.
  • a yoga mat is helpful if you have one, but not essential.
  • all other props are provided.

Teacher
