We’re pleased to share a new Upskilling Training Programme from SEEAC, developed in partnership with Royal Holloway University 🎓 and 2-3 Degrees 🚀.This programme brings together practical workshops for workers, self-employed people, and those exploring new career pathways. Sessions are designed to be accessible, supportive, and focused on real-life challenges and next steps.🗓 February – April 2026 ⏰ Evening sessions (7.00–9.00pm) 💻 Online workshops + in-person career session---🔍 Programme highlights⚖️ Employment Rights 📆 Tuesday 10 February 2026 | 7.00–9.00pm | Online Workers’ rights in the UK, common challenges in understanding and defending rights, and how to read and sign employment contracts. Facilitated by SEEAC’s Senior Employment Rights Advocacy Officer, Edgar Jr Baylon.💡 Understanding Your Business 📆 Tuesday 24 February 2026 | 7.00–9.00pm | Online Define your business, understand your value proposition, and identify your customers. Facilitated by 2-3 Degrees.📣 Kickstarting Your Own Business 📆 Tuesday 10 March 2026 | 7.00–9.00pm | Online Turn your idea into reality through practical tools to develop your business model.
