Upton Under 1's Next Steps

A programme of 3 x 1 hour weekly play based sessions for parents with babies aged 6 -12 months promoting wellbeing and positive parenting.

Sessions will include information on baby development, introducing solids, child safety and parental wellbeing. There will be opportunities for babies to play and socialise and for parents to develop peer support groups.
